To use Caspian, you may need an account. Here are the basics:

- Security: Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Honesty: Please provide accurate information when you sign up.

3. Using Our Services
We want you to use Caspian to do great work. However, there are some rules to ensure safety for everyone:

- You’re in Control: When you ask Caspian to edit files or click buttons, it acts on your behalf. You are responsible for these actions.
- No Guarantees: We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that every automation will run perfectly every time.
5. Fees
If you buy a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees listed. All payments are generally non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. We’ll always let you know if pricing changes.

We provide the software "as is". This means we don't make specific promises about its reliability or suitability for your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wordbricks, Inc. isn’t liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss that might result from using the software.

- Changes: We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll let you know. Continued use means you agree to the new terms.
- Termination: You can stop using our services anytime. We may also suspend access if these terms are violated.
